Growing up with a chef for a father, I developed a passion for food early on. I was cooking for myself starting at an early age. One of the first things I ever learned to make myself was my mom's pizza. I made it a lot; for myself and for my friends. It sparked my interest and from there I read and tried different recipes and techniques.


                                                           

Everything has its beginnings and it's always good to remember your roots and where you came from. So here's the recipe for the first pizza, Mom's recipe.




My philosophy has always been to try and enjoy what you do and sometimes through food you get to share that joy with those that you care about. There's a big level of satisfaction when you get to take a handful of basic ingredients and turn them in to something great.
