While I would not consider myself to be a pastry guru, I have tinkered and played around with a lot of different recipes, with some degrees of success. What you will find in these pages are recipes I have found to be reliable, relatively simple and of good quality. I am happy to be able to share them with you

I would also echo the sentiments expressed on the pizza side of the site; namely that I would encourage you to find enjoyment in your baking. Everything you make will not come out perfectly every single time, but with some patience and some trial and error, you should be able to get to a place where most things you make come out tasting great most of the time. So take it easy on yourself. Desserts are supposed to make you happy. The creative process shouldn't make you miserable.  Enjoy your work.  I promise your food will taste that much better for the effort.
