The members of this site range from professionals to private individuals such as yourself. Some of the info is pretty technical but very worthwhile spending time with.
This is an online source for the 6 in 1 tomatoes. While you would probably find a slightly cheaper price in a store, the company charges next to nothing for shipping. You can also save almost a dollar per can if you order six or more.
While short in length, this book is what made the difference between good pizza and great pizza for me. It is packed with useful information and I definately reccomend it.
Reinhart has a comprehensive and extensive collection of recipes. However, I got the most enjoyment from the first half of the book which documents his journeys across American and Italy in search of pizza perfection. The stories are well told and really highlight one person's passion for the pie.
