Welcome and thanks for visiting. My name is Chad and I am a professional pastry baker.  I have had 
over ten years of experience teaching the art of pizza and about a lifetime's experience of enjoying
pizza.  If you have taken one of my classes before, then I hope this site will function as a useful 
supplament to the material you were given.  What lays beyond these doors is a collection that has 
resulted from far too many years of pizza obsession on my part. If anything I have learned can help 
you along in your quest for the perfect pie than please help yourself to any tip, technique or advice 
you may come across.

The best advice I can give you is this : relax. We all want everything we cook to come out perfectly 
but it just doesn't always work out that way. So enjoy what you do, let the food be what it is and 
brace for all of your mistakes. I promise that everything will taste better if you find joy in the 
process.  You should never let cooking be a source of stress in your life.  If things don't work 
out the way you were planning then try changing your plan.  Take what you know and do the 
best you can.  It's all anyone can reasonably ask of you.
